The SFE Controller is an advanced device tailored for managing softening and filtration systems in residential and commercial settings. It is engineered with two electronic boards, capable of handling both chronometric and volumetric regenerations. This versatile controller is designed to operate with a range of valves, including V132A – V230A, making it suitable for use with softeners, iron removers, dechlorinators, activated carbon, and sand filters.

Key functionalities of the SFE Controller include the ability to program multiple aspects of the operation, such as wash cycles, frequency of washes, and the timing of regenerations. It also supports setting alarms for system alerts. The programming interface is user-friendly, facilitated by a large, backlit LCD display that shows the day of the week and the exact time, enhancing ease of use during setup and maintenance.

One of the standout features of this controller is its flexible memory system. All settings are securely stored in EEPROM memory, ensuring that no data is lost during power outages. It also features a replaceable standard lithium battery to maintain critical functions in case of power interruption.

In addition to basic controls, the SFE Controller offers advanced programming options, including the ability to set up to four distinct regeneration cycles with separate timing controls, catering to the specific needs of different water treatment applications. The controller also enables manual, delayed, or immediate regeneration, with options for setting regeneration frequency as often as every 1 to 12 hours.

Furthermore, the device can operate within a temperature range of 2-43°C and requires a power supply of 230 V at either 50 or 60 Hz, using a 12 VAC transformer (6 VAC when operating a chlorine cell). For improved functionality, it includes statistical mode indicators and the capability to operate additional equipment such as a chlorine cell or an external solenoid valve, making it a robust solution for comprehensive water treatment system management.
