This problem can be easily solved by frequent cleaning (every 3-6 months) of the quartz tube.
This lamp has a life of 9000 hours, so we suggest to replace it once a year, because after 12 months the UV disinfection light becomes weaker and it can’t assure its fully effective bactericidal property.
