The HDPE UV-C Series HE system is a highly advanced water disinfection solution, designed to treat highly contaminated water. It is versatile and suitable for various industrial water purification applications, including saline water systems, process water treatment, aquaculture, swimming pools, the cosmetic industry, and the semiconductor-pharmaceutical sector.

Equipped with low-pressure mercury vapor UVC lamps, the system emits UV radiation at a wavelength of 254nm. The lamps are constructed from high-quality quartz and are operated by high-efficiency electronic ballasts. The UV-C Series HE features an LCD control display (UV3) that manages the operation of individual lamps. This display includes alarms for lamp faults and tracks the remaining life of the lamps. Additionally, it logs both partial and total operational hours.

The control display also has a resettable counter for lamp changes and a standby mode activated by a dedicated button. It incorporates a flow switch input to activate the lamps in the presence of water flow, a relay mode to signal when a lamp is on, and remote ON/OFF control. The system can control a solenoid valve with a 230 Vac relay output, providing operational flexibility. The backlit display shows data on a white/blue 2×8 character screen and includes a power alarm relay.

The HDPE UV-C Series HE operates with a maximum flow rate of 0 to 55 m³/h and uses low-pressure lamps with power ratings of 30-40-80W, each with a lifespan of 9000 hours. It is designed for vertical or horizontal installation and can withstand a maximum pressure of 6 bar. The system is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), ensuring durability and reliability. It complies with CE standards guaranteeing its safety and performance.
