The UV Water Sterilizer with 6 UV lamps is designed to effectively disinfect water using UV-C radiation at a wavelength of 254nm.
It features six low-pressure mercury vapor lamps, each with a power output of 80W, encased in high-purity quartz sleeves.
This sterilizer is suitable for various applications, handling water flow rates of up to 35 m³/h (35,000 l/min) at 30,000 μWsec/cm² and 28 m³/h (28,000 l/min) at 40,000 μWsec/cm².
The digital electronic control unit, equipped with an LCD display, allows for easy monitoring, and optional sensors for irradiation and temperature can be integrated. With a compact reactor size of 914 mm in height and a 168 mm diameter, it is designed in a Z-shape for vertical installation.
Built with durable AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 optional), the sterilizer operates under a maximum pressure of 10 Bar and is compliant with CE standards EN 55022, EN 61000-3-2, and EN 61000-4. Its robust IP54-rated control panel measures 320 x 380 x 160 mm and ensures reliable performance with a power consumption of 480 watts, operating at 230 Vac ± 10% @ 50/60 Hz (optional 115 Vac ± 10% @ 50/60 Hz).
